Pr\u00e9sident d\u2019un club \u0153nophile \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat, depuis un an comme tout le monde associatif. Il semblait primordial d\u2019entretenir le lien entre l\u2019ensemble des 28 membres, sans pouvoir nous rencontrer physiquement\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"850\" height=\"478\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/_ircbVFmyjc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen title=\"La s\u00e9lection massale par Jean TATIN. Domaines TATIN \u00e0 Brinay.\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00bb  J\u2019ai eu l\u2019id\u00e9e a travers des reportages vid\u00e9o de continuer \u00e0 partager notre passion commune en me d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant vers les membres. En septembre 2020, c\u2019est \u00c9ric Cl\u00e9riot, membre de notre association qui a inaugur\u00e9 dans une formule simplifi\u00e9e ce qui allait devenir un format d\u00e9clin\u00e9 entre notre Club SVP et plus tard mon travail de caviste \u00e0 Saint-Doulchard. Pour le Club l\u2019objectif est d\u2019entretenir le lien entre les membres et de continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir des produits. Pour mon m\u00e9tier de caviste les objectifs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bien plus large, d\u2019abord permettre \u00e0 nos clients de mettre des visages sur les producteurs et de vulgariser au mieux les connaissances.  Dans les deux cas, l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de la vid\u00e9o a \u00e9t\u00e9 de sortir du cadre. Cela \u00e0 permis des tournages sur le terrain, d\u2019avoir des discussions plus intimes avec les vignerons sur leur vision de leur m\u00e9tier, de mettre en avant un produit choisi par le producteur et d\u2019aborder la restauration avec recettes et les accords gastronomiques et m\u00eame la d\u00e9couverte d\u2019une confr\u00e9rie.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"850\" height=\"478\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/YHSa6uBqIv4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen title=\"Nouvelle IGP Saint-Doulchard Cuv\u00e9es du Ch\u00e2teau de Varye\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>   \u00ab\u00a0En conclusion, la promotion des savoir-faire et des produits (vins, alcools et gastronomie), est un fil conducteur que je compte continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper apr\u00e8s un retour \u00e0 la normal.
