Un trajet formateur qui lui a donn\u00e9 ce sens de la rigueur, du contact et l&rsquo;envie de monter sa propre \u00ab\u00a0affaire\u00a0\u00bb. Comme pour tout entrepreneur le chemin est parfois bien difficile mais le sourire et la satisfaction des clients est une r\u00e9compense inestimable.<\/p>\n<p>Un d\u00e9cor champ\u00eatre, Aur\u00e9lie et Sihem,sa charmante serveuse, nous accueillent chaleureusement&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4118\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/berrygoodnews.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/copie-P1010130.jpg?resize=850%2C478\" alt='' width=\"850\" height=\"478\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Evidemment un atout dans son jeu, le cuisinier qui est l\u00e0 sur place depuis longtemps, et qui est aussi devenu un ami. Oui avec Jean-Philippe dans les cuisines depuis 28 ans, le travail est plus ais\u00e9 car la confiance et l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 r\u00e8gnent.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0B\u00fbcherie est comme une machine bien huil\u00e9e o\u00f9 l&rsquo;organisation, l&rsquo;ordre et la propret\u00e9 sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments indispensables \u00e0 la bonne marche d&rsquo;un restaurant.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4121\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/berrygoodnews.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/P1010126.jpg?resize=850%2C478\" alt='' width=\"850\" height=\"478\" \/><\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai assist\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration de certains plats qui m&rsquo;ont donn\u00e9 l&rsquo;eau \u00e0 la bouche. J&rsquo;ai remarqu\u00e9 en outre la grande propret\u00e9 des cuisines ce qui me semble primordial pour ce type d&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement.<\/p>\n<p>Nous retournerons plus tard \u00e0 La B\u00fbcherie pour la pr\u00e9paration de la t\u00eate de veau sauce gribish faite \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;une t\u00eate enti\u00e8re et cuite maison (sans d\u00e9voiler la recette \u00e9videmment!) et bien s\u00fbr nous reparlerons des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s avec Aur\u00e9lie et Jean-Philippe son fid\u00e8le cuisinier.
